Jonathan is the CEO and founder of BorrowersFirst, and a passionate and visionary business builder. With over 22 years infinance, Jonathan is leading a revolution in ConnectedCredit. Starting in Fixed Income at Salomon Brothers, he worked for banks for over 15 years, becoming a Managing Director in Equity Derivatives at Bear Stearns. He injected innovation at Lehman Brothers, building their Private Convertible Bond business and US Fund-Linked Structured Products desk. As an entrepreneur, he co-founded NetCentric Partners, a tech VC firm. He built Ende Capital Inc, creating over $3.0 billion of tailor-made structured loan products. As a social and capital markets change-agent, he founded the annual not-for-profit TEDxWallStreet conference, assembling thought leaders to share worldchanging ideas with the global finance community. He is a registered securities principal with Silver Leaf Partners and a CFA charter holder.
Eva Szymanski is the Founder and President of Maven Event Management, a full service event production and consulting firm based in Toronto. Eva has served clients across the finance, technology, entertainment/hospitality, fashion, non-profit, professional services industries in both the United States and Canada. Prior to this was an Associate at Illumina Partners, a Toronto-based private equity firm. Eva graduated with Honors from the Richard Ivey School of Business at Western University in Canada.
Andrew WeinreichHost Committee Member
Andrew Weinreich is the founder and Chairman of the mobile dating company, MeetMoi. MeetMoi incorporates proximity into a complete dating experience offered from the handset. Andrew is also the founder and Chairman of Xtify, a geo-messaging platform for mobile application developers to use in managing push notifications to Smartphone’s.
Andrew previously founded I Stand For, Inc., which he sold in February 2006. I Stand For offered a complete technology solution to political campaigns including the construction of online communities and a full content management system. In July 2001, Andrew founded Joltage, an infrastructure services business devoted to building out a global network of WiFi hotspots. Joltage HotSpots were revenue-generating locations where individuals could access the Internet at broadband speeds using their own laptop computers or handheld devices.
In 1996, Andrew launched sixdegrees.com (the world’s first online social network), which over a period of five years grew to become one of the largest community sites on the World Wide Web. Sixdegrees was sold in January 2000 to Youthstream Media Networks.

Mr. Lane is the Co-Founder and a Principal of Lane Financial Corporation, a full-service financial advisory firm providing wealth management, estate planning and alternative investments to high net-worth individuals and families.
Brad is also a Managing Director of Atlas Capital Partners, a network of Investment Banking, Private Equity and Venture Capital companies that provide corporate advisory, debt and equity financing, re-capitalizations, merger & acquisition consulting, and Initial Public Offerings for emerging micro, small and mid-cap growth companies in Technology and Healthcare.
Mr. Lane serves as a Member of the Board of Directors of Big Brothers Big Sisters, Mount Sinai Medical Center, and the Professional Advisory Committee of the Jewish Federation. He is a Member of the New York Angels and is the Chairman and Co-Founder of The New York Forum.
Brad is a graduate of the Tate School of Business at College of Charleston and the Executive Program for Private Equity and Venture Capital at Harvard Business School. He is a Certified Merger & Acquisition Advisor, and holds the FINRA Series 7, Series 63, and Series 79 Licenses.

Heather Malloy is a Partner at the Allcot Group. Prior to joining Allcot, where she leads the firm’s financing initiatives, she was Principal of Kingsland. Prior to joining Kingsland Capital Management, and a partner at Kalan Capital (UK) LLC, where she focused on infrastructure related hard asset investing and financial asset recovery and restructuring. Before joining Kalan Capital, she was the head of external investments for GEDS at Societe Generale, and co-head of GEDS’s credit arbitrage desk, a captive SG hedge fund. Prior to SG, Ms. Malloy was a Managing Director and global head of product management at Bear Stearns Asset Management, after having worked in Fixed Income at Bear, Stearns & Co. Ms. Malloy received her B.A. from the University of Wisconsin – Madison.

In 2010, after 30 plus years in the financial relations and crisis communications field, Hollis pursued a new career path. She focused on photography and graduated from the General Studies one year degree program at the International Center of Photography (ICP) in New York City. Her work has been shown in a number of curated exhibitions, books, newspapers and magazines. Most recently she has been working with non-profit organizations helping them tell their stories through compelling images.
During her professional career, she was a seasoned communications advisor specializing in crisis communications, corporate positioning, M&A, IPOs, bankruptcy and restructurings as well as corporate governance and shareholder activism issues. Holli, recognized as one of the nation’s leading crisis communications counselors, worked across a wide range of industries advising multinational corporations on critical reputational issues. Her programs won wide industry recognition including PR Week’s Campaign of the Year & IR Campaign of the Year, PRSA’s Silver Anvil, Holmes Report’s Silver Sabre, IPRA’s Golden World Award and PRSA NY’s Golden Apple Award.

Paradigm is a short term Real Estate lender that originates short term (1 to 2 yr) mortgages encumbering primarily commercial Real Estate. Paradigm loans range between $1M and $20M. Mercury Properties is a Real Estate holding company that owns office, industrial and multi- family properties. Mercury Equity Group is an NASD/FINRA Broker Dealer and investment banker. Mercury Equity Group represents both public and private companies.
Mr. Meshel is the Founder/Chairman of the Strategic Forum. The Strategic Forum is an organization of business leaders from diverse backgrounds dedicated to the exchange of ideas, development of long-term personal and business relationships and the facilitation of business opportunities among members and their respective networks. Joining his father in the family business as of 2002, Joshua has been instrumental in growing sales and market presence. Joshua is also the Vice President of Operations at K2M-Global, an up and coming leader in the aircraft parts and aircraft parts maintenance industries. She has worked the length and breadth of marketing, for over 25 years, as a market strategist and manager, and as a brand builder, advertising, PR, content and communications executive, serving global brands such as British Telecom, Canon, Chrysler, eBay,Equitable Life, L’Oreal, James River, Monsanto, Pitney Bowes,Procter & Gamble, Union Carbide and more. Most significantly, she is a creative and visionary leader, who helped transformative companies, such as Bill Me Later and IMCOR, in establishing their brand and achieving billion-plus dollar exits.
Samantha WrightSpeaker Coach
Samantha is the Grassroots Campaign Director at 10×10, a global action campaign for girls education. Samantha brings experience working with speakers around the world including at TEDxBeijing and TEDxToronto. A new resident of New York City, she was most recently based in China where she worked in the social innovation space producing documentaries and developing CSR strategy. Before this, she worked with the UN World Food Programme in Laos, human rights NGOs in East Africa and completed a Masters in International Relations at the University of Oxford.

Tara Rosenblum joined News 12 in the summer of ’04 as a reporter, fill-in anchor and is now the Anchor for News 12 Westchester and Hudson Valley Weekend Edition. Since then, she has earned more than three dozen major industry awards, including 2 Emmy awards and 13 Emmy nominations, three of them for top ‘General Assignment’ reporter in the state of New York.
Tara’s passion is diving into breaking news stories and she has traveled the county, state and the country to tell them, including the Virgina Tech Massacre, the 2008 presidential race and Hurricane Katrina. Tara’s coverage of the ravaged Gulf Coast led to tens of thousands of dollars in donations from across the Hudson Valley and prompted a local village to adopt a church in Algiers. Months later, Westchester County recognized Tara’s efforts by naming a day in her honor.
